Dress Up your Nona Lim Traditional Ramen Noodles with this mouthwatering peanut sauce made from Sesame Tahini dressing. This nutty, salty, savory dish is made even simpler by using Dress It Up’s Sesame Tahini dressing as the base and only a few pantry staples. This recipe is deceivingly simple, yet devastatingly delicious. These punchy, salty, and rich Peanut Ramen Noodles are an absolutely addictive dish that you’ll want to make again and again!
Ingredients
-
1 box Nona Lim Traditional Ramen Noodles
1/2 cup Dress It Up Sesame Tahini Dressing
2 Tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup unsalted peanuts
2 garlic cloves
1/4-1/2 cup water
For garnish: chopped green onion and peanuts
Directions
Add the Sesame Tahini dressing, peanuts, garlic, peanut butter, and water into a blender to make the sauce. Slowly add water while blending until desired consistency.
Boil water in a medium-sized pot and follow the instructions on the Nona Lim Traditional Ramen box to cook the noodles. Once the noodles are done, rinse noodles briefly in cold water and place into two bowls.
Toss noodles with the peanut sauce. Add in a tablespoon of boiling water if the sauce is too thick.
Garnish with chopped green onion and peanuts and serve!
Recipe Note
You can add in some vegetables and meat or meat alternative as well. We tried some spiralized
kohlrabi, but sliced cucumber, broccoli, or tofu would be great additions as well!
