Kansui, or alkaline mineral water, is the key to the unique texture and flavor of these fresh ramen noodles. They hold its shape and “chew” when served in broth and are more slurp-friendly than regular wheat noodles. Our ramen noodles have the perfect bite, with the right amount of thickness, curls and chew. Pair with our ramen broths and turn gourmet ramen night into a reality.
Sold frozen in a case of six 10 oz boxes. Each box contains two 5 oz pouches of ramen (two servings). This product is perishable, please keep frozen or refrigerated (up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator).
Wheat flour [enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), wheat flour], water, contains 1% or less of salt, wheat gluten, kansui (sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate), riboflavin (for color), cornstarch, sago starch.
Contains wheat. Packaged in a facility that also processes eggs.
- Bring water to a rolling boil in a large pot.
- Add noodles and gently separate with chopsticks.
- Cook for about 2 minutes and strain.
- Then add to your favorite Nona Lim broth.
We love these noodles! We order them by the case and always finish them before we know it.
Taste just like the noodles in the ramen restaurants. I love being able to make my own ramen from home. I will continue buying this.

I really enjoyed the fresh noodles along with the vegan broth- so tasty and such a clean flavor! This is very easy to cook and the noodles turn out with a slight chewyness and not spongy like dry noodles can turn out. Worth it!
