I love ramen but recently moved to an area that doesn’t have any ramen shops or fresh noodles sold at stores. After trying the these coupled with the spicy chicken broth I was hooked and stocked my freezer so I can enjoy them all winter long.
Our family cannot get enough of those wonderfully tender noodles. Whether from the refrigerator or freezer, they cook in a few minutes. It is a staple In our house for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Thank you, Nona Lim, for a terrific product and the convenience of door-to-door delivery. Worth every penny!
These noodles will go well with a wide variety of broths. I bought them for tonkotsu ramen, but ended up using them for laksa as well. I keep them frozen. I love the texture. They really taste better and fresher than the dried ones I used to get elsewhere, and I'm really glad that I can just get them delivered to my doorstep.
Good option if you can’t make it to a ramen shop. The noodles arrived quickly and were tasty. Added to my home broth and saved me the task of making my own. The portions were a good size as well and with 2 serving per box it’s a good value.
Received our order last week and finally got around to ramen this past Monday. The noodles were great. There were a lot of happy faces and full bellies! I had made the David Chang's Ramen stock a month ago and had plenty of leftovers! This went great!
