Kansui, or alkaline mineral water, is the key to the unique texture and flavor of these ramen noodles. They hold its shape and “chew” when served in broth and are more slurp-friendly than regular wheat noodles. Our ramen noodles have the perfect bite, with the right amount of thickness, curls and chew. Pair with our ramen broths and turn gourmet ramen night into a reality.
Sold chilled in a case of six 5 oz boxes. Each box contains 2 packets (a serving each). Please note - as we are currently transitioning our packaging, you may still receive products in our existing packaging.
Wheat flour [enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), wheat flour], water, contains 1% or less of salt, wheat gluten, kansui (sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate), riboflavin (for color), cornstarch.
Contains wheat. Packaged in a facility that also processes eggs.
- Bring water to a rolling boil in a large pot.
- Add noodles and gently separate with chopsticks.
- Cook for about 2 minutes and strain.
- Serve with your favorite Nona Lim broth.
These fresh delicious ramen noodles arrived overnight and tasted like they were made the same day. Love them!
