Shelf life is indicated by the “Best by” or “Sell by” sticker placed on there by the retailer. If the sticker is missing, please ask the store where you purchased the product from and refer to the guidelines below.
If you purchased our products online:
Heat and Sip Cups: up to 3 months in your refrigerator and up to the frozen expiration date (found on the inner plastic seal beneath the lid) in your freezer
20 oz Broth Pouches: up to 3 months in the refrigerator and up to the frozen expiration date (printed on the pouches) in your freezer.
Traditional Ramen Noodles can last approximately 2 weeks in the refrigerator or up to 3 months in your freezer. If frozen, allow the noodles to defrost in the refrigerator prior to consumption. There should be a frozen expiration date sticker on the box.
Rice Noodles: The expiration date is printed on the noodle pouches inside the box. You can freeze the laksa noodles as well. The Pad See Ew and Pad Thai noodles are more delicate and keep best refrigerated.
Noodle Stir Fry Kits: Up to 2 months in the refrigerator. For the Pad Thai Stir-Fry Starter Kit, check the expiration date on the noodle pouches, and we recommending keeping this kit in the refrigerator. The Teriyaki Ramen Stir-Fry Starter Kit can be stored frozen for longer shelf life.
Once opened, we recommend that you consume your soups, broths, and noodles within 2-3 days or as quickly as possible to keep its freshness and optimal quality. Unconsumed products should be kept in an airtight and sealed container.
