Smoky BBQ Longevity Noodles

Smoky BBQ Longevity Noodles

Not that we needed a reason to eat them, noodles are often enjoyed during Lunar New Year, as they are a symbol of longevity. We celebrated the Year of the Ox with a collaborative dish with HodoFoods this year, combining our new Teriyaki Ramen Stir Fry Kit with Hodo's BBQ Cubes. This plant-based dish is redolent with aromatics of garlic chives, shallots and ginger with the sweet, umami touch of our Stir Fry Kit teriyaki sauce, courtesy of Bachan's.  In 15 minutes or less, you can have this delicious dish ready from box to table. And remember: the longer the noodle, the longer the life!
