It’s ridiculously versatile - use it as a stock, soup base, or a sipping broth. Creating a gourmet ramen bowl at home is easy with our Miso Ramen Broth. Simply add our Traditional Ramen Noodles, veggies, and other toppings for a quick ramen bowl. Totally vegan.

Water, carrots, onions, celery, sake (water, rice, aspergillus oryzae), red miso (water, organic soybeans, rice, salt, aspergillus oryzae), organic tamari soy sauce (water, organic soybeans, salt, organic alcohol to retain freshness), tahini (hulled sesame seeds), organic ginger, garlic, kosher salt, kombu, sesame oil.
Contains soy. Packaged in a facility that also processes fish (anchovies) and tree nuts (coconut).
Stove top: Open pouch, pour into pot, and simmer on stove until hot.
Microwave: Pour into microwave safe container and microwave for 2-3 minutes.
This is a great product!! I use it for soup, cooking vegetables instead of using water, and for sautéing. It is full of flavor and it is so versatile. I hardly have to add any additional seasoning when I use this in a dish.

I'm a big fan of the Vegan Miso Ramen Broth. It's the perfect snack mid-day to curb a snack attack while maintaining low caloric intake, or a savory and tasty meal option when adding noodles and/or veggies for a meal. I love the flavor!
We love Pho but we are eating Keto! This base works great with our keto noodles and allows us to enjoy one of our favorites.
