Teriyaki Ramen Stir Fry Kit (6 Pack)
Fresh, pre-cooked ramen noodles retain their perfect texture and bite as you stir-fry the noodles together with the fresh protein and vegetable add-ins of your choice. The Japanese Barbecue Sauce (aka teriyaki sauce) is from Bachan’s, a family recipe we love so much that we brought it into this kit. It’s bold, savory, and packed with umami. Like us, they use only premium ingredients such as non-GMO soy sauce and mirin made the traditional way in Japan.
Sold in a case of six kits. Each 13 oz kit contains enough noodles and sauce for two servings. This product is perishable. Store refrigerated for up to 3 months.
Noodles: Wheat flour, water, starch (sago starch, modified tapioca starch, potato starch), wheat gluten, salt, kansui (sodium hydroxide), vegetable oil (soybean). Sauce: Non-GMO soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), cane sugar, mirin (water, rice, koji seed, sea salt), tomato paste, organic ginger, green onion, organic rice vinegar, organic garlic, sea salt, organic toasted sesame oil.
Contains soy and wheat. Packaged in a facility that also processes fish (anchovies), tree nuts (coconut), sesame, eggs, milk, shellfish (oyster) and pecan nuts.
The Teriyaki Ramen Stir Fry was easy to prepare and delicious!
Nona Lim Teriyaki Ramen Stir Fry Kit is delicious—easy to prepare, meal in a kit!
Received my stir fry kits. Followed the super easy directions. I added cabbage, onion, crushed garlic, and thin sliced beef to 2 noodle packs. Quick easy meal! We had enough left for lunch the next day. Money well spent. Beats dehydrated noodles any day.
This kit is great for those nights when you're just too weary to be creative or make dinner entirely from scratch. One of the best things about it is that you can add pretty much whatever happens to be in the fridge at the moment, and it will come out fine.
I do have to admit that I crowdfunded this product in a moment of unthinking enthusiasm. I am gluten-intolerant, and I totally blanked on the fact that these are ramen noodles. Nevertheless, the rest of the family has been enjoying them, and I will keep an eye open for more gluten-free products in nona lim's lineup.
Nona Lim's fresh noodles are really top notch. My whole family enjoys them. They recommend a yakisoba style prep (yakisoba is literally "fried noodle") by I prefer a different sauce. Traditional yakisoba is quite sweet, and they've replicated the sauce admirably...I just sub different flavors on my noodles. Very Easy!
