Pad See Ew Flat Rice Noodles (8 Pack)
Our gluten-free Pad See Ew Noodles can be used in either saucy or broth-based dishes, and are a favorite throughout Asia because their larger surface area picks up more flavor from the dishes they are used in. In Thailand they are used for Pad See Ew and Pad Kee Mao; in China the classic is Beef Chow Fun (also known as Beef Hor fun, stir-fried flat rice noodles with beef); and in Singapore and Malaysia, Seafood Hor Fun and Char Kway Teow are national favorites.

OMG I’ve legit been looking for these noodles for MONTHS and I was so thrilled to find them at my local Fresh Market. Just made them and they are amazing.
Good delivery well packed cold method. Taste good maybe less wider than what i hv eaten at thai restaurants. I used to get sheets that i could cut to size.
So hard to find proper wide rice noodles and there were just what I wanted! No microwave but I steamed them in a bamboo basket and turned out perfectly.
My husband has recently gotten into Thai cooking with his outdoor wok station, and these noodles are the elevating touch to pad see ew or any wide rice noodle dish. The texture is superior to dried noodles and is light years beyond the "fresh" noodles at our local market that are challenging to separate and tend to crumble to tiny pieces. These are so easy to use, turn out great every time and are vacuum sealed to store in the fridge for an extended time. They're the best noodles we've had outside of actual street food in Thailand -- so stock up!
After trying to find wide rice noodles to make my own pad se ew during this pandemic, I gave up and made them myself. They take a lot of time to make. After finding these noodles I will never go back to making my own. 45 seconds and I have the best noodles for my pad se ew recipe. I’m so thrilled to have found these. Shipping was quick. I received within four days of my order.
