Organic chicken bones are slow-simmered for over 30 hours to extract maximum collagen and mineral acids. The broth is layered with herbs and spices and a dash of fish sauce to create this aromatic bone broth. We do all the work to achieve the deep and luscious flavors of pho, so you can enjoy it in just minutes.  

Sold chilled in a case of four 14.5 oz noodle bowls. 

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken Pho Bone Broth: organic chicken bone broth (water, organic chicken bones, organic carrots), water, onion, organic ginger, fish sauce (anchovies, sea salt), organic cane sugar, kosher salt, star anise. Laksa Rice Noodles: rice, sago starch.

Contains fish (anchovies). Packaged in a facility that also processes tree nuts (coconut) and soy.

 

  • Open noodle packet and place in bowl.
  • Pour broth into bowl over noodles.
  • Microwave bowl without the lid for 2-3 minutes or until hot.
  • Enjoy as is or with toppings of your choice.

In general good quality. I did not realize that the ginger carrot soup has leek as an ingredient so I could not try it as I have a leak intolerance. Also the Green curry bowl is way too spicy for me.

Taste good and very healthy! Very convenient for my kids. They bring that as school lunch and love it!

Add your favorite pho garnishes - basil, fresh jalapenos, lime, cilantro and bean sprouts - for a heftier meal
Throw in some poached or grilled chicken as well to enjoy the phở (full) experience.
