Covid-19 Update

I hope you are keeping well and staying safe.

You may have heard in the news that most of the San Francisco Bay Area has been ordered to “shelter in place” and that non-essential businesses have been ordered to close. I wanted to reassure you that as a food manufacturer, we are considered an essential business and we are still producing our products on a daily basis.

However, we have implemented the following rigorous precautions to protect both our community and our team:

• Non-production team members have been asked to work remotely from home
• We continue to be extra vigilant with our GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) to ensure that our products are produced in a clean and safe environment, and that our food is produced to the highest standards
• We are following the recommended distance separation requirements for our production team on the floor
• Anyone who is not feeling well will be asked to stay home, and existing PTO policies are in place to support employees who need to do so

We are currently seeing a huge spike in demand for our products, and I apologize if your favorite soup cup or noodle is currently out of stock in grocery stores or on our website. It may also take a couple of extra days to get online orders delivered to you as shipping services are currently overwhelmed at the moment.  

I appreciate your patience, and I will continue to do my best to make and deliver delicious food to your home, where I hope they will deliver some measure of comfort, nutrition, and enjoyment during these uncertain times.
