Miso is a traditional Japanese ingredient made by fermenting soybeans. Besides being rich in essential minerals, miso also contains vitamins B, E, K, and folic acid. Miso broths are often sipped as part of the traditional Japanese breakfast. You would never miss the bonito flakes in this version with our oh-so-good vegan broth.
Sold chilled as a case of six 10 fl oz cups. This product is perishable. Please keep refrigerated or frozen.
Miso Stock: water, carrots, celery, onions, sake (water, rice, aspergillus oryzae), red miso (water, organic soybeans, rice, salt, aspergillus oryzae), organic tamari soy sauce (water, organic soybeans, salt, organic alcohol to retain freshness), tahini (hulled sesame seeds), garlic, organic ginger, kosher salt, kombu, sesame oil.
Contains soy. Packaged in a facility that also processes fish (anchovies) and tree nuts (coconut).
- Shake contents.
- Remove lid and plastic seal.
- Replace lid. From refrigerated, microwave on high for 1½ minutes or if from frozen, add additional 2-4 minutes until hot.
Your Miso Soup is so good before a meal and even as a meal when I just want a little something. Very flavorful. I will buy it again.
I almost ignored this product as it is quite expensive, but it is so good I have rationalized the expense as it's that all too rare combination of something very tasty that is also good for me.
Very good and healthy , important addition to my diet, something I’ve never had before, delicious.
