Nona’s Chicken Teriyaki Ramen

In less than 15 minutes, enjoy your favorite Chicken Teriyaki Ramen dish in the comfort of your own home. We include toothy pre-cooked ramen noodles with Bachan's irresistibly savory, sweet Japanese BBQ sauce (like teriyaki sauce!) in each kit so you can enjoy the fun parts of cooking. For a vegan option, substitute chicken with your favorite meat alternative. This recipe is versatile— make it your own!

  • 6 oz chicken, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup green cabbage, shredded

  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • 1/4 cup onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • Optional Garnish: chopped green onions, sesame seeds

*Equipment: A large nonstick skillet, wok or cast iron skillet required for this recipe


  1. Cut a small vent in noodle pouches and microwave until they are warm (30 to 60 sec). Leave noodles in pouch.

  2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and stir-fry 3 to 4 min until cooked. Set chicken aside.

  3. Add remaining oil. Add onion and stir-fry for 2-3 min. Add mushrooms and cabbage and stir-fry for another 2-3 min till tender.

  4. Add chicken back into the skillet. Add noodle and Bachan’s sauce. Toss everything for 1 min.

  5. Top with optional garnish. Serve and enjoy.
