Organic and grass-fed beef bones are slow-simmered for over 30 hours to extract collagen and mineral acids. The broth is layered with herbs and spices and a dash of fish sauce to create this aromatic bone broth. This flavor is also available in a larger 20 fl oz pouch.

Sold chilled as a case of six 10 fl oz cups. This product is perishable. Please keep refrigerated or frozen. Please note - as we are currently transitioning our packaging, you may still receive products in our existing packaging. This product was previously called Vietnamese Pho Beef Bone Broth.
Ingredients
Water, organic beef bone broth (water, organic beef bones, organic carrots), onions, fish sauce (anchovies, sea salt), organic ginger, organic cane sugar, kosher salt, cinnamon, star anise, cloves.
Contains fish (anchovies). Packaged in a facility that also processes soy and tree nuts (coconut).
Our beef bone broth is made with local, organic, and grass-fed beef, where the farms are responsibly and humanely managed as well as GAP certified.
Instructions
- Shake contents.
- Remove lid and plastic seal.
- Replace lid. From refrigerated, microwave on high for 1½ minutes or if from frozen, add additional 2-4 minutes until hot.
