This award-winning bone broth is made by slow-simmering organic, grass-fed beef bones for over 30 hours. The hearty flavor is layered with the intense umami of dried shiitake mushrooms, carrots and ginger. Dried shiitake mushrooms are frequently used in traditional Chinese broths and are also a good source of B vitamins.

Stove top: Open pouch, pour into pot, and simmer on stove until hot.
Microwave: Pour into microwave safe container and microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Shiitake Beef Bone Broth is one of my favorite Nona Lim broths. I use it to make a Vietnamese inspired noodle soup. I can never go back to regular bone broths after trying Nona Lim's -- they are taste bland and boring in comparison!
I personally like the beef pho better than this recipe. This soup may be more suitable for those who prefer bland diet. I have tot salt to make it more tasty .
