These fresh noodle bowls are definitely not the Styrofoam ramen cups of your dorm days. Our Spicy Miso Ramen bowl comes with a spicy and creamy broth inspired by Japanese tonkotsu, paired with fresh ramen noodles. Our Dan Dan Noodles is our plant-based take on the classic Chinese dish, with a hearty, spicy, and pleasantly numbing sauce made with Beyond Meat’s Beef Crumbles, chili oil, and Sichuan peppercorns. Finally, our Green Noodle Bowl serves up Thai-style comfort food with a green curry made from scratch with fresh ginger, lemongrass, cilantro, and veggies paired with our gluten-free Laksa noodles.

Spicy Miso Ramen Bowl: Spicy Ramen Bone Broth: water, organic chicken bone broth (water, organic chicken bones, organic carrots), organic soy milk (water, soybeans), red miso (water, organic soybeans, rice, salt, aspergillus oryzae), onions, sake (water, rice, aspergillus oryzae), chili bean paste (chili peppers, broad beans, salt, alcohol, vitamin C), garlic, organic ginger, tahini (hulled sesame seeds), sesame oil. For Green Curry and Spicy Miso Ramen Bowls:
- Open noodle packet and place in bowl.
- Pour curry or broth into bowl over noodles.
- Microwave bowl without the lid for 2-3 minutes or until hot.
- Enjoy as is or with toppings of your choice.
For Dan Dan Noodle Bowl
- Tear noodle pouch 1 inch to vent
- Microwave noodle pouch for 1 minute.
- Carefully add noodles into bowl.
- Add sauce to the noodles and mix well.
- Microwave the entire bowl without lid for 30 seconds.
