        Miso Good, Ramen Good.

I'm a huge fan of Miso and I love Japanese food. I wasn't sure if I would like Miso soup because the ones that I find in the store are usually not good.
This surprised me. The noodles tasted genuine and al-dente. absolutely love the authenticity of flavors and ingredients in this kit.

Top with blanched spinach, soft boiled eggs, and protein of choice
Garnish with seaweed, green onions and pickled ginger
