In Asia, there is a whole world of rice noodle varieties. Our authentic gluten-free laksa noodles are made with only two ingredients - rice and sago starch. These rice noodles are traditionally paired with laksa broth, a spicy and creamy seafood stock popular in Southeast Asia. But they are great in any flavorful sauces, broths, stir-fries and noodle salads. The possibilities are endless!
Sold refrigerated in a case of eight 11 oz boxes. Each box contains two 5.5 oz packets (two servings). This product is perishable. Please keep refrigerated.
Rice, sago starch.
Packaged in a facility that also processes soy.
- Tear pouch 1 inch to vent
- Microwave for 1-2 minutes. Flip pouch halfway through.
- Remove noodles carefully from pouch.
- Serve it with your favorite Nona Lim broth and toppings.

These are hands down the best rice noodles around!
These are my absolute favorite gluten-free rice noodles. The taste and texture are terrific. They stir-fry well and even in soup they don't turn to mush the way most rice noodles do. I feel like I'm eating ramen again!
