Gluten Free Rice Noodles Sampler
Our fresh rice noodles are made in Singapore by a third-generation noodle maker. Our spaghetti-shaped Laksa noodles have a wonderful al dente texture and bite, and can be eaten hot or cold (talk about versatility!). Our flat and thin Pad Thai noodles are great for using in its namesake stir-fried dish but are also amazingly slurp-friendly in a broth. Finally, our wide and thin Pad See Ew noodles is beloved amongst chefs and home cooks for its ability to soak up the flavors of gravies and sauces. Try them all with this sampler and find your favorite.

Very pleased with product. Being gluten free it is often hard to find a noodle that tastes good and is not slimy. Nona Lim noodles fit the bill! My kids don't even notice the difference and happily eat them. I originally tried a package in one of my subscription grocery boxes and liked them so much, I ordered a case from Nona Lim. My order came fast and was packaged very nicely in a cooler and ice pack to keep them cold. Would definitely buy again.
We loved the Pad See Ew noodles! They are light and so easy to cook!
Haven't eaten them all yet but it's been great to have a mix of types of noodles in the sampler.
They last a long time because you don't need many noodles added to your soup to make a full serving. The package says 2 servings but it's more like 3 or 4, especially if you are saving some for the next meal. The noodles swell but don't get soggy. I'm still experimenting with how to use these in various stir fry dishes and soups.
It’s so difficult to find fresh rice noodles where I live so I was excited to find Nona Lim’s Noodle’s Sampler pack. I've only tried the Pad See Ew noodles so far, but if they are any indication of the quality of the other two varieties in the sampler then I’ve finally found quality fresh rice noodles. I love the fact that they are all natural with no preservatives. I also really appreciate the refrigerated and frozen expiration dates. I will definitely be more…a lot more. If you like cooking Thai food then definitely give the Pad See Ew noodles a go. You won’t be dissapointed.
These noodles are incredibly versatile and absolutely delicious. Throw them in your favorite stir fry or soup and they soak up all the flavor. The texture is silky smooth and even better they are gluten free so they don’t make you feel heavy after eating.
