FAST & EASY: How To Cook Our Fresh Ramen Noodles
- Bring water to boil.
- Add Nona Lim Ramen Noodles and gently separate with chopsticks for 1 minute.
- Drain and rinse cooked noodles with cold water.
- Top with your favorite toppings and Nona Lim broth.
Tip: Our ramen noodles are raw and made fresh, and can last up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. Feel free to keep it in your freezer for up to 1 year. When you are ready, defrost the ramen noodles and cook from refrigerated. Cooking the noodles directly from frozen temperatures will prevent the noodles from separating properly, thus compromising the bouncy texture of the noodles!

What is "kansui"?
Kansui is an alkaline solution made by combining sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate. It is used during the dough-making process and one of the key ingredients in giving traditional ramen noodles the classic yellow color and distinctive bouncy mouthfeel.
