+ 1 pouch Nona Lim Thai Curry & Lime Bone Broth
+ 1 pack Nona Lim Pad See Ew
+ 1 steak, sliced
+ 1 cup bean sprouts


+ Sliced jalapenos
+ Sliced scallions
+ Sliced red peppers
+ Thai Basil Leaves


  1. Prep veggies as described in ingredients. Set aside. 
  2. In a hot pan, sear steak until desired doneness.
  3. Open Pad See Ew pouch and place noodles on a microwavable plate. Cover with a wet paper towel and microwave on high for 4 minutes.
  4. Open broth pouch and heat until boiling. 
  5. Add the veggies and blanch in the broth until just cooked, 1-2 minutes each.
  6. Divide noodles into 2 bowls and fill with broth. Top with desired toppings and garnishes.
