Pad See Ew Flat Rice Noodles (8 Pack)
Our gluten-free Pad See Ew Noodles can be used in either saucy or broth-based dishes, and are a favorite throughout Asia because their larger surface area picks up more flavor from the dishes they are used in. In Thailand they are used for Pad See Ew and Pad Kee Mao; in China the classic is Beef Chow Fun (also known as Beef Hor fun, stir-fried flat rice noodles with beef); and in Singapore and Malaysia, Seafood Hor Fun and Char Kway Teow are national favorites.
Sold refrigerated in a case of eight 11 oz boxes. Each box contains two 5.5 oz packets (two servings) of wide rice noodles. This product is perishable. Please keep refrigerated or frozen. Please note that freezing may affect the texture of noodles after they are thawed out. If frozen, thaw noodles completely and then follow cooking instructions on box.
Rice, starch (potato starch, tapioca starch, corn starch, modified tapioca starch), vegetable oil (soybean and lecithin).
Stovetop: Add noodles to your hot broth and cook for 30 seconds. Or add to your favorite stir-fry.
- Tear pouch 1 inch to vent
- Microwave for 1-2 minutes. Flip pouch halfway through.
- Remove noodles carefully from pouch.
- Serve it with your favorite Nona Lim broth and toppings.

The right noodles for pad see ew are so difficult to find. I love these. I loved these so much. I bought them from imperfect foods, and hope they become available on the website soon.

I have celiac disease so many noodles are off limits to me. These are wide and thick noodles that work well both in soup and stir fry and give either a satisfying heft.
