Pad See Ew Rice Noodles (8 Pack)
Our gluten-free Pad See Ew Rice Noodles can be used in either saucy or broth-based dishes, and are a favorite throughout Asia because their larger surface area picks up more flavor from the dishes they are used in. In Thailand they are used for Pad See Ew and Pad Kee Mao; in China the classic is Beef Chow Fun (stir-fried flat rice noodles with beef); and in Singapore and Malaysia, Seafood Hor Fun and Char Kway Teow are national favorites.

I'm white American and I've tried to make Wide rice noodles five times and it they always fall apart. Also, I don't have any Asian grocers nearby to get the wide rice noodles. So, I gave up and bought them online. Anyhow, i feel like the consistency is just as they are in the restaurant. Now, I can make a proper rice noodle dish. I'm happy.
Added these to a rich chicken and vegetable soup to speed up recovery from a cold. It was delicious.
Best noodles I’ve ever eaten. Easy to heat. Goes well with broth meats and sauces.
