Our fresh gluten-free rice noodles are made in Singapore by a third-generation noodle maker for the best flavor and texture. Our spaghetti-shaped Laksa noodles have a wonderful al dente texture and bite, and can be eaten hot or cold (talk about versatility!). Our flat and thin Pad Thai noodles are great for using in its namesake stir-fried dish but are also amazingly slurp-friendly in a broth. Finally, our wide and thin Pad See Ew noodles has a delightful bounciness is beloved amongst chefs and home cooks for its ability to soak up the flavors of gravies and sauces. Sold and shipped chilled. Sampler comes with two Laksa Rice Noodle 5.5 oz boxes, two Pad Thai Rice Noodle 5.5 oz boxes, and two Pad See Ew Rice Noodle 5.5 oz boxes.
Laksa Noodles: Rice, sago starch. Packaged in a facility that also processes soy.
Pad Thai Noodles: Rice, starch (potato starch, tapioca starch, corn starch, modified tapioca starch), vegetable oil (soybean and lecithin). Contains soy.
Pad See Ew Noodles: Rice, starch (potato starch, tapioca starch, corn starch, modified tapioca starch), vegetable oil (soybean and lecithin). Contains soy.
- Tear pouch 1 inch to vent
- Microwave for 1-2 minutes. Flip pouch halfway through.
- Remove noodles carefully from pouch.
- Serve it with your favorite Nona Lim broth and toppings.
Rice noodles like these are so great. They make an excellent base for Dan Dan Noodles and mix extremely well with Chili Crisp. They also feel so light on the tummy too.
Used them in chicken noodle soup and we really enjoyed it! I love all the noodle keeps it’s shape and does not become mushy.
