I'm always searching for a quick, delicious, nutritious lunch after teaching two to three morning/early afternoon yoga classes most days. I've found it in Nona Lim's Spicy Miso Ramen Bowls. They're so easy to make, quite tasty, protein-packed, and filling.
This is definitely a big step above any instant noodle ramen. The broth is really tasty, hearty and isn't over-salted. The noodles have a good, chewy texture. I'd buy this again.
I love miso and was pleasantly surprised to find that the noodle bowl actually tasted like a bowl of miso ramen I would get at a restaurant. I would definitely recommend this
