Beef bone broth was good,A little sweet but good!!,the ramen noodles I received d were very good and fresh tasting!(definitely not dry packaged ramen noodles)
The pho broth is awesome. Added some white onions, pho noodles, hoisin, and sambal, boiled, and poured over some sliced top round. So good, I've had it for breakfast or lunch pretty much everyday this week.
Great layers of nutrition and flavor!
I love Nona Lim. I ordered the wrong beef broth. Onions are not on my diet radar, and Nona Lim came to the rescue and forgave my bad and took care of this for me. I ADORE their other broths and rice noodles. I'm thrilled with the fine quality and wonderful, human customer care.
The broth is clear and clean, but there is not much beef flavor and there is also a predominant taste of clove. Maybe that is the way authentic Pho broth is supposed to taste, but it did not come close to my expectations. I’ve had Pho in several Vietnamese restaurants and, unfortunately, the flavor of the broth does not compare.
